Go to the website: www.oscar-cel.com, click on “je me lance“.

Complete your personal information to create your account. In “Choix du CEL”, please choose Brest Le Relecq Kerhuon.

Choose the language to be tested then start the online test by clicking on “Commencez le test” .

At the end of the test, you can define your training objectives, then click on “Envoyer la demande“.

You will then see the result of your assessment.

This language assessment is timed from 40 to 80 seconds per question, depending on the length of the questions and evolves according to the level (if your level is rather low, the questions will remain quite simple, if your level is stronger, the difficulty of the questions will increase).

CLOE, a certification of CCI FRANCE

The CLOE Certification makes it possible to assess and certify the general and professional skills in French as a Foreign Language (but also German, English, Spanish and Italian) from level A1 to level C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) .

The Written part is based on more than 700 questions calibrated according to the CEFR grid (A1 to C2) with a breakdown by sub-level (B1-, B1, B1 + etc).

The test is adaptive according to the knowledge and skills of the test candidate: the questions are proposed to the candidate according to an algorithm and according to their answers.

For the oral part, the jury uses a questioning tool and identifies the ability to communicate orally in general or professionally.

This certification covers written and oral language skills that meet the skills of employees, students and job seekers in improving their foreign language skills.

CLOE certification indicates the overall level reached + the written level + the oral level completed:

for the written part, the level of skills in: vocabulary – grammar – expressions – reading
for the oral part, the level of skills in: listening – pronunciation & intonation – mastery and breadth of vocabulary – fluency – grammar and syntax – quality of interaction

Period of validity of the certification: 2 years from the date of the test.
